Ijen is the first coffee from Asia we've ever had. This coffee from Indonesia convinced us with its fruity and sweet profile. You'll find cherry, orange and date.

We have chosen and roasted it for slow coffee methods. However, if you are equipped with a quality grinder, feel free to taste it into a very aromatic espresso.

The unique terroir of the volcanic ropes Mount Ijen, East of the Java island, and the quality of the drying processes offer us a coffee with exceptional quality.
