La Pastora is a gourmet coffee with notes of orange and caramel. Its honey drying process gives it sweetness and a creamy body. It can be enjoyed with an automatic machine equipped with a grinder, in espresso, in a plunger or in gentle methods.
This coffee comes from a cooperative of producers in the Tarrazú canton. In these farms, the majority of coffee trees are shaded by varieties of trees from the region. The CoopeTarrazu cooperative composts 100% of the pulp residue from the coffee cherries and this compost is returned to the producers as a natural fertilizer reintegrated into the plantations.
