The unique terroir of the volcanic slopes of Mount Ijen and the quality of the drying process give us a fruity and sweet coffee with notes of cherry, orange and date.

V60 Recipe

Coffee: 18.5g medium grind

Water: 300ml, 92°C

Extraction time: 2'20

  • Rinse the filter with hot water, then pour in the coffee
  • Make a first pour of 50ml of water
  • At 30s, make a second pour of 100ml of water, to go up to 150ml
  • At 1 minute, make a third pour of 70ml of water, to reach 230ml
  • At 1min30, make a fourth pour of 70 ml of water, to go up to 300ml
  • The extraction time is around 2min20
