V60 Recipe
Coffee: 18.5g medium grind
Water: 300ml, 92°C
Extraction time: 2'20
- Rinse the filter with hot water, then pour in the coffee
- Make a first pour of 50ml of water
- At 30s, make a second pour of 100ml of water, to go up to 150ml
- At 1 minute, make a third pour of 70ml of water, to reach 230ml
- At 1min30, make a fourth pour of 70 ml of water, to go up to 300ml
- The extraction time is around 2min20
